Ruthilo's blades both bear red stains upon their edges from his work, as do his lips from his indulgence of the results. Upon both his thighs and cheeks, he has inscribed into his very chitin the markings of a butcher. 

Bearing himself with pride wherever he goes, Ruthilo is seen by some as a fearless lunatic with a passion for nothing else but his culinary creations, and by others as a warrior against hunger and bland food. A kindhearted creature in the kitchen, and a ruthless killer on the hunt, he will let little stand between him and sating someone's pallet.


Outside of his work, Ruthilo usually spends his time wandering the town, simply listening to life as it goes by. When bored, he'll instead search out music of some kind to 'soothe his savage soul', or else find out about any available hunts.


Lastly, he'll sometimes go by schools or an orphanage, even one out of the way, to deliver sweets he has made. While once turned away at the doors, his persistence, and skill, eventually won him smiles from the youngsters, though he still is only allowed to view from a distance.  

While he did undergo some early training to be an Explorer, Ruthilo felt his true calling when he had his first taste of a meat based meal. A simple stew made from a companion's kill, though he never did find out what the feral had been before being lunch. Since then, he has held a passion for creating good meals, regardless of the base ingredients, so that all can enjoy a full stomach and a satisfied pallet.


While his humble abode/kitchen is hardly anything to look at, it is what he does with it that is slowly winning him business and opportunity. Now, he just has to start getting the attention of pokemon of importance, and he just might start to gain the funding he needs to gather even more ingredients.,,
