Grouchy petilil with a snobbish attitude and a tendency to not stray more than a few steps from the nearest library. Akaren makes a great friend, if you can get her to discard her prejudiced exterior and her natural irritableness. She holds herself, and eveyrone around her, to high standards, and is not forgiving in the least. [break][break]



Akaren often prefers her own company more often than not, but enjoys a good conversation as much as anyone else. Unfortunately for her, she rarely manages to keep a pleasant conversation going for long. Her natural cutting tongue, and her sensitivity to insults, makes sure that any situation descends from bad to worse after the first questionable sentence. [break][break]

She has an appreciation for knowledge, however, and would look favorably on anyone who chooses to talk about her favored, rather esoteric, subjects, or perhaps history. The petilil is a good friend to have, for despite her irritable demeanor, she is loyal to a friend.

Her irritating attitude does not help her in keeping others on her side. While she minds her mouth when it comes to important people she cannot afford making an enemy out of, ordinary poeple, ones she's probably never going to meet again, do not have that kind of protection. [break][break]

Frankly, she would much rather ignore those who irritate her, but she can spare much more energy towards problems that continue to trouble her. Just because she avoids others does not mean she fears controntation, however, as she is fully willing to insult others in the face, as well as behind their back.[break][break]



She's not old enough to start thinking about settling down yet, and separated from her peers enough that she's never had a crush. Despite her straightlaced behaviour, she enjoys matchmaking, and is rather sensitive to such matters. When it comes to herself, however, she neither spurns or encourages advances, usually preferring to ignore them instead.[break][break]
