Friends
Meadow isn't one for socializing much. That isn't to say that she doesn't want friends, it's just that she's never really had any before. The closest things to friends she ever had were her siblings, and if they paid any attention to her they were picking on her. Whether or not she would have been social had she not been picked on isn't likely since she is one to naturally avoid any contact with other Pokemon. If you don't have anything that interests her to say, Meadow simply clams up and doesn't say anything. She sort of goes mute, or at least that's what her Pichu brothers and sisters say. Now, however, there seems to be a chance to befriend her. Now that she's living alone, she realizes that she's going to need friends now more than ever. So, perhaps, this hermit of a Pichu may just be capable of forming friendships if she just tries. Perhaps a Grass-Type Pokemon would be a good first friend, since she so fascinated by plant life. Regardless, the best way to interact with Meadow is to talk about flowers.
Enemies
Meadow hates making enemies, but it doesn't seem like any Pokemon can really help it. In a sense, her siblings could be considered her enemies, too, though they seem closer to rivals than anything else. Anyways, the way she handles enemies is to avoid them as much as possible. Meadow doesn't like to upset Pokemon, and even if the conflict isn't her fault, she's non-confrontational and would rather cower than fight back. Enemies make Meadow angry, sure, but they scare her more than anything else. She's a Pichu willing to try to reason her way out of a conflict, anything to get away from it. At the same time, though, Meadow can be a rather forgiving Pokemon. You could bully her in the worst of ways, and she'd still find it in her to forgive you if you're sorry and are willing to change.
Romance
Despite her lack of social interaction, Meadow is a hopeless romantic. Not in the traditional sense, but she would be more than happy to be with someone romantically. She doesn't fall head over heels with just anyone, but she is extra shy when she's interested in certain guys. The Pichu will cover her face with anything she can find, and maybe even retreat into her home because she's so overwhelmed by her shyness. Though it is very possible for her to develop crushes on Pokemon she's never met, Meadow, like anyone else, needs to get to know them before starting a relationship.
