A large museum-like building in the center of the park that tells the tale of the war along all of what happened. Many schools use this monument as a history lesson for their classes and a reminder as to why the MNSP is needed. There's a book in the center of the building that contains the names of many who died that pokemon are allowed to look through as long as touching it won't destroy it. This book and monument is heavily guarded by the Military.
